If you have problems connecting the belt, read below:

Bluetooth can occasionally be a bit buggy and unpredictable - especially on some Android phones - and most times it can help to reboot one or more parts of the system.

Try to reboot/restart the following:

  • The pairing in the Activio app settings. Go to settings and unpair and then pair the Smart Belt again.
  • Bluetooth: Turn off Bluetooth for 30 seconds in the phone settings, and then turn it on again.
  • The Activio app: Exit the app completely (don’t only put it in background) and then restart it.
  • And if the steps above didn't help then try a reboot of the entire phone. Turn it off and then turn it on again.

If it still doesn't work, the battery may be too low and needs a replacement.
