We can support your Activio System remotely over Internet without your supervision - make sure the system is connected to Internet.

Activio Solution with a touchscreen PanelPC delivered before 1 February 2014!

For systems delivered before 1 February 2014 you need to update your system certificate to allow remote support, please download the Support Update tool and this step-by-step guide to install it on your Activio system. After this update the Activio staff will be able to access your system also in the future without you being present.

Laptop Solution, Tablet Solution or Activio Sport System

Download TeamViewer QuickSupport, this is launched with one-click and is not installed or stored on your computer.

When TeamViewer is launched copy the “Your ID” and the “Password” visible in the software and email this to Then leave the software and computer turned on and connected to Internet for the Activio support staff to be able to connect to it.
