[SOLVED ] Windows 10 compatibility with Activio

UPDATE: 2015-11-10:

We now have a working solution. However this could require an update of the firmware in the RTX4 receiver.

This can be done by sending in the receiver to Activio for a free upgrade. You also need upgraded Activio software which is also available for free for customers having this specific Windows 10 problem.

To update your Receiver hardware and Activio software, please contact: support@activiofitness.com

Windows 10 was publicly launched 29th of July 2015. We have noticed that the latest USB Receiver, model RTX4, is not fully compatible with Windows 10. The older receivers like RTX3, RX3, RX2 etc are still compatible.

We recommend our customers to NOT upgrade to Windows 10 to be able to continue use their Activio products with the latest Activio USB Receiver (RTX4).

Users who have updated to Windows 10 might face challenges with the connection to the Receiver since the device might not be recognized when attached to the USB port. But keep calm, we are working on solving this issue as soon as possible! We will post any updates on this matter on this page. If you have any questions, please post them below in the comments field.

Please note: This only affects customers using the Activio Small Group System or Activio Sport System on their own PC - it does not apply to customers using our Panel PC or other older Activio Fitness Solution.
