App Crash with Android 6.0

Hi there,

I recently started to use an Activio Belt and I'm having issues with the app.

Indeed, whenever I hit «start» to begin my workout, the app closes down.

Everything else is ok, the app finds the device, I can see my heart rate in real time, but impossible to record any training.

Here are the details about my phone : Android 6.0 - Huawei P9 Lite

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue or has found a way to fix this ?

Thanks !

Hi,

It's unfortunate to hear that the activio app is not working properly on your smart phone.

We recently fixed some bugs on the app and updated the app on google play as well.

Could you check which version you have on the activio app?

You can find the app version in the app settings.

We have tested the app on many kinds of smartphones, including Honor 8, which is also Huawei brand.

Do you have the opportunity to update your android OS to higher version?

Have you also tried to restart your phone and uninstall and install the app again?

Could you please give us little more info, and we will try to find the cause of the crash you have.

Regards

Activio Support Team
