Problems with login

I have problems with the login.

It says my account is pending permission. And therefore I cannot order a new password to reconnect. Pls, can someone help me out...

When you created your myactivio account you will receive an email where you will need to verify your account, after that the account will be active, if you can not find the mail so make sure it has not been placed in your junk mail folder, if you still has problem send an email to support@activiofitness.com
