Smart belt has stopped functioning.

Hi.

My Active Smart Belt have stopped functioning. I thought it was the battery, but unfortunately it wasn't.

I bought my belt Febr 23rd 2016 so it worked precisely one year with me having classes and using it once a week for one hour.

For a while ago I also contacted you maybe 4 month ago telling you that I couldn't connect to the app which worked in the beginning.

Need you to come back to me A.S.A.P since I work as an instructor at Club BodyJoy and really need the belt during my classes and would also love to use it when I'm training for myself together with the app.
