Software does not recognize HR receiver

I have problems with connecting my Activio on another computer. The receiver is not recognized by the Activio software - I cannot connect it. Can you please advise how to solve this problem? Do I need new drivers, and if yes, where can I find them? I need to solve this urgently!

Most likely the issue seems to be driver related.

Did you upgrade your OS from earlier version to windows 10?

If you are using Activio Sport System, then the drivers are located inside the Activio Sport system Installation folder, the is also a manual for how to proceed.

Otherwise, please contact our support (support@activiofitness.com) for help to provide you with new driver.
